Academic Excellence

At AISC, we measure and qualify student success in many ways. Our Vision for the Learner is a description of the successful student at AISC. When we look at success strictly by some of the numbers, AISC students stand out.

AISC Students Are Inspired By A Challenge

International Baccalaureate (IB)

We have an open enrollment IB Diploma Program. We encourage every interested and successful student to engage in this course of study. More than fifteen courses are currently offered to students in Grades 11–12.

Advanced Placement (AP)

Along with International Baccalaureate (IB) courses, AP courses are considered to be among the most rigorous in the world.

Available to international students attending secondary schools outside the U.S. and to U.S. high school students applying to universities outside the country, the APID certifies outstanding academic excellence with a global perspective.

Measure of Academic Progress (MAP)

AISC administers the MAP Assessment to students in grades 2-10 (Math, Reading, and Language Use), and grades 3-10 (Science), including all non-native English language speakers from the advanced beginner level.
